Construction Site Notice Board

In Romania, a construction site notice board is legally required to be produced and visibly displayed during any building works, under Order no. 63/N of the Ministry of Public Works and Regional Planning (11 August 1998).

Minimum elements a construction site notice board must contain:

• Name and address of the project;
• Investment beneficiary (phone, name/company name and address);
• General designer (phone, name/company name and address);
• Contractor (phone, name/company name and address);
• Building/demolition permit number and site organisation permit number (if applicable);
• Works completion deadline, as stated in the permit;
• Construction start date;
• Construction completion date;
• An overview image of the project.

The minimum size for a construction site notice board is approximately 90×60 cm.
